Defination of Grammar

    Grammar has two major aspect; transformational and generative. It is basically a collection of rules which tell whether in a language, a particular sentence is acceptable or unacceptable since no sentence is incorrect; languge being communicative.

    I THINK IT IS A DEFINATION OF SYSTEMIC GRAMMAR RATHER THAN SIMPLY A GRAMMAR.
